Managing Partner
Daniel brings more than a decade of corporate legal experience to Clavis, with a practice built on the belief that exceptional legal counsel should be both strategically rigorous and genuinely accessible.
His background spans complex commercial transactions, EPC projects, procurement, and energy, including significant cross-border work representing Indonesia through PT PLN (Persero) in a landmark power exchange arrangement with Malaysia, and advising on large-scale strategic initiatives such as the leasing of marine vessel power plants across five locations in Indonesia.
What sets Daniel apart is not only the complexity of the matters he has handled, but the way he handles them. Clients consistently note his sharp commercial judgment, his attention to detail, and his ability to translate complexity into clarity — guiding them through even the most intricate legal landscapes with confidence and focus.
